Using photos I took in Porto, Portugal I recreate a place I visited - Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar.
Referencing the photos really closely while modeling, I took some liberties when it came to texturing and shading it.
Since I wanted to experiment with the look, I set up a Master Material from which all the stone assets inherit, which
allowed me to quickly try different surfaces and colors. Vertex Colors for Wetness and Moss helped break up some of the
monotony of the duplicated meshes.
Upgrading UE4 to 4.18 helped with setting tone through colors and volumetrics.
